- Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm where to send it and what we can accept. Sealed boxes in a resaleable condition are the straightforward case.
- Damaged or wrong item
- Tell us within a reasonable time of delivery and we will put it right. A photograph of the box and the lot number speeds this up considerably.
- Subscriptions
- Cancel in one click from your account at any time. You can also skip a delivery or move its date before it is prepared.
- Refunds
- Issued to the original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, usually within a few working days.
International orders are sent with customs documentation. Where we ship delivered duty paid, any duty is collected at checkout so nothing is owed on delivery.
