- How do I take it?
- Mix one 15 g sachet with 250–400 ml of cold water. Shake or stir until fully dissolved. Consume once daily, preferably during training or with your morning routine.
- What is in a sachet?
- 5,000 mg creatine monohydrate, 2,000 mg taurine and 500 mg citicoline, with sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride and magnesium, plus vitamins C, B6 and B12. Every amount is printed on the box.
- Do I need to load?
- No. Muscle creatine reaches its steady state on five grams a day without the loading protocol older regimens called for; it simply takes two to four weeks rather than one.
- How long does a box last?
- Thirty sachets, one a day — a month.
- How should I store it?
- In a cool, dry place below 25 °C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Who should not take it?
- It is not suitable for children, or for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are being treated for anything or taking medication, speak to your doctor first.
- Is it sweetened?
- With steviol glycosides, a stevia-derived sweetener. Natural lemon flavouring, citric acid and sodium citrate as acidity regulators. No colours and no bulking agents.
- Where is it made?
- In a facility certified to GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and BRCGS. The packaging is FSC certified.
- How do I check my batch?
- The lot number is printed on the box and recorded against your order. Every released lot publishes its certificate of analysis in full on the lab reports page.
