Questions.

The product

Why £59.99?

ElectroCreatine costs more than an electrolyte because it isn't one. It is full-dose creatine, citicoline, taurine and a complete electrolyte and vitamin profile in one sachet. Bought separately that is three tubs and roughly £2.50–£3 a day. ElectroCreatine is £2 a day, or £1.80 on subscription.

What's in it?

5,000 mg creatine monohydrate, 500 mg citicoline, 2,000 mg taurine, a complete electrolyte profile and vitamins B6, B12 and C with zinc. Every amount is on the box and in the nutrition table.

Why is a serving 15 g?

Full doses weigh 15 g. Anything lighter is leaving something out.

Dosing & safety

Is 5 g creatine every day right for me?

3–5 g daily is the amount used in the research, and it is for every day, not just training days. Not suitable for children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor first if you have a kidney condition or take medication.

When should I take it?

One sachet in 400–500 ml of water, in the morning, every day. With or without food.

Can I take more than one?

No. Do not exceed the stated dose of one sachet a day.

Taste & mixing

Only one flavour?

Yes. Original Flavour took a year: lemon-forward with cherry and pineapple notes, sweetened with stevia, and it clears fully. We'd rather one flavour be right than five be fine.

Is it sweetened?

With steviol glycosides, a sweetener from the stevia plant. 0.2 g of sugars per serving.

Subscription

Can I pause the subscription?

Yes. Pause for one, two or three months, skip a delivery, or move your next date by up to 14 days — all from your account.

Can I cancel?

From your account, in two taps, any time. No minimum term, no fee.

When am I charged?

Today for your first month, then every 30 days. We email you three days before each charge.

Delivery & returns

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet. We deliver to UK addresses only.

How fast is delivery?

Free Royal Mail tracked delivery, dispatched within one working day.

Can I return it?

Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. See our returns policy.

The bottle

What's the EC bottle?

A frosted sage mixing bottle with a brushed-steel cap, complimentary with your first month. Shake one serving in 400–500 ml of water.

Can I order without it?

Yes. It is included by default and removable in one tap, in the basket or at checkout.
