1. Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- Delivery is free, by Royal Mail tracked service.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day from launch. We email you a tracking link when your order leaves us.
- Presale orders are dispatched from 12 January 2027.
2. If your parcel is late or missing
If your parcel has not arrived when tracking says it should have, or it shows as delivered and you do not have it, email support@electrocreatine.shop with your order reference. We will look into it with Royal Mail and send a replacement or a refund.
3. Your 14 days to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Unopened boxes are refunded in full. You do not need to give a reason.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned unless they are faulty. A box counts as opened once a sachet seal is broken.
4. How to return a box
- Email support@electrocreatine.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order reference.
- We reply with the return address (our UK fulfilment centre: to be confirmed).
- Send the unopened box back within 14 days of telling us. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
- Unless the box is damaged or faulty, the cost of returning it is yours.
5. Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to the payment method you used. Your bank decides how quickly the money appears, usually within a few working days.
6. Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email support@electrocreatine.shop with your order reference and a photograph. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any return postage. This applies whether or not the box has been opened, and does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Subscriptions
You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription from your account at any time. Each subscription box can be returned unopened within 14 days of delivery, like any other order.
