1. Who we are

The Biohack Group CY Ltd (company number to be confirmed), 9 Kastellorizou, 4532 Agios Tychonas, Limassol, Cyprus, is the controller of your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
Orders: what you bought, when, how much you paid, and your subscription settings.
Addresses: delivery and billing addresses.
Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and the card type and last four digits. We never see your full card number.
Email preferences: whether you have agreed to marketing email.
Reviews: anything you write in a review, with your name as you give it.
Referrals: the referral code you arrived with, if any.
Cookie choices: what you agreed to and when, so we can show it.
Messages: anything you send to our support address.

3. Why we use it

To take, deliver and support your orders and subscription. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
To keep records the law requires, such as tax and accounting records. This is a legal obligation.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure. This is in our legitimate interests.
To send you transactional email, such as order confirmations and subscription reminders. This is part of our contract with you.
To send marketing email, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
To invite you to review your order. This is in our legitimate interests, and you can opt out.
To measure the site and our advertising, only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies.

We share your data only with the service providers who help us run the shop. They act on our instructions and may not use it for anything else.

Stripe: payments.
Royal Mail and our UK fulfilment partner: packing and delivery.
Klaviyo: marketing email, if you have agreed to it.
Resend: transactional email, such as order confirmations.
Trustpilot: review invitations.
Our hosting and database providers: running the website.

5. Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies. If you do not, they are not loaded. Our cookie policy explains how to change your choice.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK, including in the European Union and the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK's approved contractual safeguards to protect your data.

7. How long we keep it

Order and payment records: 6 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, for tax purposes.
Your account: until you ask us to close it.
Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we do not email you again.
Reviews: while they are published, or until you ask us to remove them.
Cookie choices: for as long as we need to show what you agreed to.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
Have inaccurate data corrected.
Have your data deleted, where we have no legal reason to keep it.
Restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing.
Receive your data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.

9. Using your rights

Email support@electrocreatine.shop. We reply within one month. There is no charge.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
