Terms of sale

1. Who we are

ElectroCreatine is sold by The Biohack Group CY Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (company number to be confirmed). Our registered office is 9 Kastellorizou, 4532 Agios Tychonas, Limassol, Cyprus. Orders are sent from our UK fulfilment centre (to be confirmed).

You can reach us at support@electrocreatine.shop. In these terms "we" and "us" means The Biohack Group CY Ltd, and "you" means the person placing the order.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. They sit alongside our subscription terms, our delivery and returns policy, and our privacy policy. Please read them before you order.

We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom only. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.

3. The product

We sell one product: ElectroCreatine, Original Flavour, in a box of 30 single-serving 15 g sachets. The ingredients, the amount of each and the nutrition information are shown on the product page and printed on the box.

Product images are for illustration. The packaging you receive may differ slightly from the pictures.

4. Prices

A box is £59.99 as a one-off order, or £53.99 a month on subscription. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free.

If we make an obvious pricing error we will tell you before we dispatch, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. First-order offers

Offers are applied automatically at checkout. You do not need a code.

• Presale, until 11 January 2027: 30% off any order.
• From 12 January 2027: 15% off your first order.
• Only one offer applies to an order. Offers are never combined with each other, or with the subscription saving on the same order. If you subscribe, your first order is charged at the offer price and later deliveries at the subscription price.
• Your first order includes a complimentary EC mixing bottle. It is included by default and you can remove it in the basket or at checkout. It is not included with later orders.

6. Placing an order

When you place an order you are offering to buy from us. We accept your order when we email you to confirm it. That email is our contract with you.

We may decline an order, for example if the product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside the UK, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

7. Payment

You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

You are charged when you place your order, including presale orders.

8. Delivery

Presale orders are dispatched from 12 January 2027. From launch, orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

We deliver to UK addresses only, free, by Royal Mail tracked service. The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. Full details are in our delivery and returns policy.

9. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Unopened boxes are refunded in full.

For health and hygiene reasons, a food supplement cannot be returned once its seal is broken, unless it is faulty. How to cancel and return a box is set out in our delivery and returns policy.

10. If something is wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. If you tell us within 30 days of delivery that a product is faulty, you can reject it for a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email support@electrocreatine.shop and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

11. Using the product safely

Food supplement with sweeteners. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Not suitable for children, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take medication. Store in a cool, dry place.

12. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, email support@electrocreatine.shop. We will reply as quickly as we can and keep you updated until it is resolved.

14. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
