Subscription terms

1. How it works

A subscription is a box of ElectroCreatine delivered every 30 days, charged automatically. These terms add to our terms of sale, which also apply.

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

2. Price and billing

• Each renewal is £53.99, including VAT where applicable and free UK delivery.
• Your first order is charged when you subscribe. If a first-order offer applies, it replaces the subscription saving on that order. Every delivery after that is charged at the subscription price.
• You are then charged every 30 days from the date of your first order.
• Presale subscribers: your first box ships on 12 January 2027, and your first renewal is charged 30 days after 12 January 2027.
• We charge the card or payment method saved on your subscription.

3. Reminders

We email you 3 days before every charge, with the date, the amount and a link to change or cancel.

4. Changing your subscription

From your account, at any time, you can:

• Move your next date up to 14 days earlier or later.
• Pause for 1, 2 or 3 months.
• Skip a delivery.
• Change your delivery address or payment method.
• Cancel.

5. Changes close to a charge

Changes made within 24 hours of a charge apply to the following delivery. By then the upcoming box is already being prepared.

6. Cancelling

Cancel from your account in two taps, any time. You do not need to call or email us. Cancelling stops all future charges. Any box already charged for will still be delivered.

You also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your first box, and to return unopened boxes for a full refund, as set out in our delivery and returns policy.

7. If a payment fails

We retry the payment over the following days and email you a link to update your card in one tap. Your box is dispatched once payment succeeds. We do not cancel your subscription because a payment failed.

8. Refunds

If a renewal has been charged and you did not want it, email support@electrocreatine.shop. Unopened boxes returned within 14 days of delivery are refunded in full.

9. Changes to the subscription

If we change the subscription price or these terms, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then at no cost.
